In the undertaking of due diligence investigations our team adheres to the standardised contaminated sites staged investigation process.
This typically comprises the undertaking of a data gaps analysis, full-scale or limited environmental site assessment (depending on the clients requirements) followed by the identification of any necessary works to characterise a site for transactional, ongoing site use or redevelopment purposes.
